Alright, so the other day I was thinking about the upcoming NBA season, and it hit me – I had no clue who was going to be in the starting lineup for the New Orleans Pelicans. So, like any normal person, I started digging around to figure it out.
First, I checked out where the Pelicans play their home games. Turns out, it’s the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans. Cool, cool. Then I was curious about any new faces they might have picked up in the 2024 draft, but it seems like they didn’t draft anyone in 2024.
Next, I wanted to see what the buzz was about their starting lineup for the 2024-25 season. I found some sites that track this kind of stuff. They had all the teams’ starting lineups listed, including the Pelicans. Nice!
From there, I went down a little rabbit hole about the team’s roster. I saw some chatter about Dejounte Murray being a starter, with guys like Jose Alvarado and Antonio Reeves possibly coming off the bench. It gave me a better picture of who’s who on the team.
But then I realized something kinda funny – we’re all speculating about this starting lineup, and the season hasn’t even started yet! It’s like trying to guess what you’re gonna have for dinner next Tuesday. Anyway, I came across a few names that kept popping up for the starting five: CJ McCollum, Brandon Ingram, and a few others.
- Dejounte Murray
- CJ McCollum
- Brandon Ingram
I even took a peek at the Pelicans’ official schedule, just for kicks. You know, to see when they’re playing and all that jazz. And, of course, I had to check out their roster again on some sports sites. Point guards, shooting guards, power forwards – the whole shebang.
At the end of the day, I still don’t know for sure who’s gonna be starting for the Pelicans when the season tips off. But hey, it was fun doing a little detective work and getting a bit more familiar with the team. Basketball season can’t come soon enough!
