Alright, alright, let’s gab a bit about this Jamal Murray fella and who his wife is, or if he even has one. You know, these young folks and their basketball, always hard to keep track of.
Who’s this Jamal Murray anyway?
Well, from what I hear, he’s a basketball player, plays real good apparently. Runs up and down the court, throws the ball, gets it in the hoop. That’s about all I know about that. He’s kinda famous, I guess, like them fellas on the TV. People holler and cheer for him, so he must be doin’ somethin’ right.
So, does he have a wife or not?
Now, that’s the million-dollar question, ain’t it? This is where it gets tricky. I tried to do some snoopin’ around, you know, like asking my grandkids to look it up on that ‘inter-net’ thingy. They say he’s got a girlfriend, but no wife, not yet anyways. They showed me some pictures, she’s a pretty little thing. But remember, things on that ‘inter-net’ ain’t always true, you know. Could be just gossip. Like them magazines at the grocery store checkout, always yappin’ about who’s with who.

Well, I haven’t heard nothin’ about him bein’ married before, no sir. Seems like he’s been focused on that basketball mostly. These young athletes, they got their careers to think about, travelin’ all over the place. Probably hard to keep a wife happy with all that goin’ on. It ain’t like the old days, you know, when folks stayed put and raised a family.

It gives ’em somethin’ to talk about, I suppose. Me? I’m more interested in whether he can make that ball go in the hoop. That’s his job, ain’t it?
Don’t believe everything you hear.
Now, I gotta say this. Just because some website or some magazine says somethin’, don’t mean it’s the gospel truth. Half the time they’re just makin’ stuff up to sell papers or get clicks. So, until I see that boy walkin’ down the aisle with a woman on his arm, I ain’t gonna believe he’s married. And even then, I might squint a little, you know?
Jamal Murray’s Focus.
Seems to me, this Jamal Murray fella is more focused on his career right now. He’s young, he’s got talent, and he’s makin’ good money, I hear. Maybe he’ll settle down and get married later, maybe he won’t. It’s his life, ain’t it? He can do what he pleases.
If he does get married…
Well, if he does decide to tie the knot, I hope he finds a good woman, someone who will support him and love him. Someone who don’t care about the fame and the money, but cares about the man himself. That’s what really matters, you know? All that other stuff is just fluff.

Jamal Murray wife? Don’t know for sure. Girlfriend? Maybe. Married? Doesn’t seem like it. But hey, what do I know? I’m just an old lady tryin’ to make sense of all this modern-day hoopla. The important thing is, he’s a good basketball player, and that’s enough for me. The rest? Well, that’s his business, ain’t it?

The life of a basketball player.
It ain’t easy bein’ a famous athlete, I reckon. Always on the road, always in the spotlight. Hard to have a normal life, hard to find someone who understands all that pressure. So, if Jamal Murray ain’t married yet, maybe that’s why. He’s waitin’ for the right time, the right person. Or maybe he’s just happy bein’ single. Nothin’ wrong with that either.
Family is still important though.
Now, I come from a time when family was everything. You got married, you had kids, you raised ‘em up right. That was the way it was. Things are different now, I know, but I still believe family is important. So, I hope this Jamal Murray fella finds someone to share his life with, someday. Someone to have kids with, to grow old with. That’s what makes life worth livin’, in my book.
