Alright, buckle up buttercups, because I’m about to spill the tea on my “Monopoly Go Cloud Cruisin’” adventure. Let me tell ya, it was a wild ride!

So, it all started last week. I was scrolling through TikTok, you know, wasting time like we all do, when I saw a video about this “Cloud Cruisin’” event in Monopoly Go. People were talking about winning big, racking up dice, and generally having a grand old time. I thought, “Hey, I’m always up for a challenge (and free stuff), let’s give it a whirl.”
First things first, I fired up Monopoly Go. The event was front and center, couldn’t miss it. The goal, as far as I could tell, was to land on specific tiles – Railroads, Chance, Community Chest – to collect these little cloud tokens. The more tokens you got, the more rewards you unlocked. Simple enough, right?
Well, here’s where the “practice” part comes in. I started playing, rolling the dice like a madman. At first, it was kinda slow going. I wasn’t really paying attention to my multiplier, just clicking that roll button. Rookie mistake, I know.
Then I remembered something I’d seen online – strategic multiplier use. The key, apparently, is to crank up that multiplier when you’re a few spaces away from a target tile. So, I started paying closer attention to the board. If I was 6-8 spaces away from a Railroad, I’d bump up the multiplier to x5 or x10. Closer than that, like 3-4 spaces? Boom, x20 or even x50, if I was feeling lucky (and had enough dice to spare).
Let me tell you, that made a HUGE difference. Suddenly, I was landing on those target tiles way more often, racking up those cloud tokens like crazy. The rewards started flowing in – dice rolls, cash, sticker packs. It was like hitting the jackpot every few minutes.

But it wasn’t all smooth sailing. There were definitely times when I’d misjudge a roll and overshoot my target, wasting a ton of dice in the process. Or worse, I’d land on someone else’s property and have to cough up a fortune in rent. Ouch!
To mitigate this, I started keeping a mental note of how many spaces each dice roll covered on average. Turns out, for me, a x1 multiplier usually moved me about 7-8 spaces. Armed with that knowledge, I could make more informed decisions about when to crank up the multiplier.
Another thing I learned was the importance of timing. Certain times of day seemed to have better event rates. I don’t know if it’s just my imagination, but playing during off-peak hours (like early mornings or late nights) seemed to yield more frequent target tile landings.
And of course, no Monopoly Go adventure is complete without a little bit of Partner Event participation. I teamed up with my usual crew of Monopoly Go buddies, and we worked together to complete the milestones. That gave me even more dice to fuel my Cloud Cruisin’ escapades.
In the end, I managed to unlock almost all of the Cloud Cruisin’ rewards. Did I win a million dice? Nah, not quite. But I definitely came out ahead, with enough dice and cash to keep me rolling (pun intended) for the next few days.

So, there you have it – my “Monopoly Go Cloud Cruisin’” saga. It was a lot of fun, a little frustrating at times, but ultimately, a rewarding experience. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got some virtual properties to buy!
- Tip #1: Use your multiplier strategically! Don’t just mindlessly roll the dice.
- Tip #2: Pay attention to your average roll distance. Knowledge is power!
- Tip #3: Consider playing during off-peak hours for potentially better event rates.
- Tip #4: Team up with friends for Partner Event bonuses.
Happy cruisin’, everyone!
