Man, finding good fighter songs to pump you up can be a real pain. I wanted some new tracks for my workout playlist, so I figured I’d share my little adventure in music hunting.
First, I hit up my usual music streaming app. I typed in “fighter songs,” “workout music,” “motivational songs,” and every combination I could think of. I got a bunch of playlists, but most of them were filled with stuff I’d already heard a million times or just didn’t vibe with.
Digging Deeper
So, I decided to get a little more specific. I started thinking about movies and games with awesome soundtracks. You know, the kind of music that makes you feel like you can take on the world.
- I remembered the classic “Eye of the Tiger” from Rocky – always a good one.
- Then I thought about some epic game soundtracks, like from fighting games or action RPGs.
I went to some online forums and fan communities for those movies and games. I found some threads where people were sharing their favorite “fight scene” music or “boss battle” themes. That gave me some specific song titles and artists to search for.
The Payoff
This is where things got good. I took those song names and searched for them on my streaming app. I found most of them, and even better, the app started recommending similar songs based on my searches. I discovered some real gems this way – stuff I’d never heard before, but totally fit the “fighter” vibe I was going for.
I ended up creating a whole new playlist filled with these new discoveries. Now my workouts are way more intense! It took a little bit of effort, but it was definitely worth it. Don’t just stick to the generic playlists, do some digging and you might be surprised what you find!
