Okay, so tonight I wanted to watch Monday Night Raw, but I also wanted to keep track of the results as they happened. Here’s how I did it, and what I found worked best for me.
First, I grabbed my laptop and opened up a simple text editor. Nothing fancy, just something where I could quickly jot down notes. I could’ve used my phone, but I prefer the bigger keyboard for this kind of thing.
Then, I started searching online to see when it start, and found a couple of websites that seemed pretty reliable. These are fan sites, mostly, so you gotta take them with a grain of salt, but they’re usually pretty up-to-date.
Keeping Track of the Action
- I divided my text document into sections, one for each match or major segment. This made it way easier to follow along later.
- As each match started, I wrote down the names of the wrestlers involved. Super basic, but helps me remember who’s who.
- During the matches, I jotted down any big moves, near falls, or anything that seemed important. I didn’t go crazy with detail, just enough to capture the key moments.
- When a match ended, I bolded the winner’s name and noted how they won (pinfall, submission, etc.). This is the crucial part, of course!
I kept this up throughout the whole show. It sounds like a lot of work, but it actually helped me stay more engaged with what was happening. Instead of just passively watching, I was actively following along and recording the results.
After Raw was over, I had a complete record of everything that happened. And Because I’d taken the time to organize my notes as I went, it was super easy to find specific results later on. No more scrolling through endless websites trying to remember who won that one match!
Honestly, it was pretty fun, and I will do it next week!
