Mexico City 1925 
8pp. First ed. Lt bds, fine. Dr. Wright, pre-CW, a Unionist, allied w/VA, practiced medicine, participated in a shooting fracas where a Union Lt was killed, was tried & hanged in Portsmouth, VA. The City Council toadied to the Yanks w/a resolution of condemnation which stayed on the record until 1901. I question whether actually printed in Mexico 'City. Not in Dornbusch, MBCW. OCLC locates one copy in Virginia. (3103537094)
