Also incl.: Ordinances of the Convention, Assembled at Wheeling on the 11th of June, 1861. Wheeling, WV. 1861, 37-64pp. Contains the ordinances of secession from "Confederate" VA. Some people think the B & O RR brought this entire convention, most of us believe the B & O brought only the delegates from Jefferson, Berkeley, Hardy & Morgan Counties. Both together, but removed.
