This publ. seemingly could be locally adapted per ads on 3rd & 4th cvrs, in this case for Lancaster, Wisconsin (20 "cards"). Here he has collected 22 offprints, pamphlets, & excerpts (by him or about him) together w/a ftspc photo which seems to be SIGNED by him. V.g., paper wafer on bkstrp, embossed lib. stamp cancelled on t.p. While the contributions are scholarly (his work was praised by Dr. Putnam, Librarian of Cong.).
